DULCE TRADICION® Story

Dulce Tradición is a local bakery and treats eatery located within Fiesta at North Star, celebrating the rich and vibrant flavors of Mexico. We proudly serve specialty coffee from Veracruz, Mexico—including lattes, cappuccinos, and cortados—alongside handcrafted pan dulce such as conchas, rosca de reyes, and pan de muerto, to name a few. Our menu also features authentic Mexican treats and brunch favorites like chilaquiles (chicken or beef), as well as beloved Fiesta classics including chicken on a stick and jalapeño poppers. Beyond dining, the space also serves as a private event venue, offering approximately 1,400 square feet, accommodating up to 55 guests, and equipped with presentation technology and space for small-scale entertainment.
